Everything practical about coming to the clinic, in one place. Nothing here is specific to any one appointment — it applies to every visit.
Before you arrive
Any scans, X-rays, MRI reports or blood results you have
Bring what you already have — you are not expected to arrange new tests before a first visit.
Prescriptions, referral letters or discharge notes
Helpful if another clinician has already seen the problem.
A list of medicines you are currently taking
Including doses if you know them, so the assessment can account for your medications.
Comfortable clothing that lets the affected area be examined and moved
Shorts or a loose top are usually enough — you can change in the treatment room if needed.
Arrive a few minutes early so your session starts on time. If you are running late or need to rearrange, message the practice rather than simply not coming.
An in-clinic session is Rs. 2,500, assessment included. Payment by cash, bank transfer, jazzcash, easypaisa.

Step 2: Assessment
History, movement and function, in a private treatment space.
Step 3: Care plan
What was found, what it means, and what happens next.
Step 4: Next steps
Anything to continue at home, and when to come back.
Assessment happens in a private treatment space. Only the area being examined is exposed, and you may bring a family member or companion with you. You can pause or stop at any point.
If something is not clear — what was found, why an exercise matters, how long it may take — ask. Understanding the plan is part of the treatment.
