FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Practical questions about booking, visiting the clinic, home and online care, and what things cost. Clinical questions are answered on each condition and treatment page.
Booking
How do I book an appointment?
Message the practice on WhatsApp with a short description of your problem. The coordinator will reply during clinic hours to arrange a time.
Can I choose which physiotherapist I see?
Booking is with the practice rather than an individual. After you describe the problem, the practice assigns the physiotherapist whose clinical focus fits it. You can read about the team on the physiotherapists page.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
You can contact the practice directly. If you already have a referral, prescription, scan or report, bring it with you — it helps the assessment.
What happens after I send a message?
The practice replies to understand the problem, agrees a time with you, and books an assessment. The first appointment is an assessment, not a fixed treatment plan decided in advance.
Visiting the clinic
Where is the clinic?
Iqra Medical Complex (New Building), 24 Block A, Phase 1 Johar Town, Block A Phase 1, Lahore, Pakistan.
What are the clinic timings?

What should I bring to my first appointment?
Any scans, reports, prescriptions or referral letters you already have, plus comfortable clothing that allows the affected area to be examined and moved.
How long does the first appointment take?
The first appointment is an assessment. Message the practice when you book and the coordinator will tell you how much time to allow for your situation.
Home & online care
Do you offer physiotherapy at home?
Yes. Home physiotherapy is available in Lahore. Home visits require an advance payment when booking.

Is a female physiotherapist available?

Clinical questions
Questions about a specific problem — what is causing it, whether physiotherapy helps, how long recovery takes — are answered on the relevant condition page, and properly by an assessment. This site is patient education, not a diagnosis tool.
